The Training department is responsible for providing and arranging on the job training for new staff at all stations, in addition to cooperating with ASE clients to arrange training for ASE staff from airline carriers.

We have set a non stop training program, which enables us to provide the necessary and required qualifications to our personnel according to International aviation values and standards.

Our team is highly skilled, multilingual and trained by the IATA Airport Services in passenger handling, ramp side safety management and supervisory skills which contribute to the ASE team's full familiarity with the latest technologies in the field. This includes reservation and processing systems for client airlines. This provides the flexibility and competence required in today's highly competitive environment


Training is provided on two scales Internal & External:

1-Internal Training

ASE has qualified trainers to guide the staff in the following fields;

  • Aircraft Handling.
  • Passenger Handling.
  • Operations.
  • Airline Security Awareness.
  • Lost & Found.
  • Load Control.
  • Dangerous Goods, (passenger handling & load planers).
  • Airside Safety.
  • Start-Up Communication & Push back.
2-External Training

Performed through international and local training centers to all our team members for the soft skills activities such as;
  • " IATA Training & Development Institute (ATDI).
